Other curiosities
Wine with a very fine and persistent perlage, fresh, fruity and pale pink in color with nuances ranging from very light peach pink to copper. The bouquet is decidedly intense with hints of white flowers, fruit, green apple that then fade towards raspberry and currant. The taste is dry, austere, pleasantly full-bodied and sapid, harmonious and creamy in the mouth with a pleasantly acidic final sensation.
